Using this website

This website presents hotels operated under the UIhotels brand. Content is provided to help you learn about our properties, rooms, and amenities. Rates, room availability, and transfer details can change and should be confirmed with the hotel before you travel.

Inquiries and bookings

Submitting a contact or availability form is a request for information, not a confirmed reservation. A stay is confirmed only when the hotel issues a booking confirmation. Payment terms, cancellation rules, and check-in times are set by each property.

Accuracy

We aim to keep hotel descriptions, photos, and prices accurate. If something on the site differs from the confirmation you receive from the hotel, the confirmation applies.
